The roofing crew was fantastic. Initially we were not needed to be home for the construction. Then that situation changed and the crew was very patient to wait until one of us could get home. I wanted to commend Luis and his team at Global Roofing for a job well done on my single day roof replacement. I've replaced two roofs over the years and customer service separates this team from others I have used. Firstly the prework they did to move about fifty potted plants away from the tarp drop zone to then putting them all back (exactly as they were) and then clearing the entire circumference of the house of debris including A LOT of leaves and branches that I had not gotten around to clearing from the fall. Highly recommended for sure.

At first I wasn’t sure if I wanted a new roof and then some solar panels so I passed. A few weeks go by and I got a text from Isaiah and he gave me a better offer. The company was very attentive and kept me informed every step of the way. The day of my roof installation the crew came on time and got to work right away. They were so polite. Showed me an issue I had with my chimneys and fixed it with no issues. Great job over all. And very satisfied.
